Cheesy Mushrooms


Cheesy Mushrooms:
I always enjoyed mushrooms n hot molten cheese. This is the perfect blend of both. It’s mouth watering even to write about this dish. A must try !!!

Ingredients: (Serves 2) Preparation Time: 15 mins
Mushrooms – 100 gms (Closed cup mushrooms will be good) diced thick
Tomatoes – Half of one medium sized tomato, chopped finely
Black Olives – 2,chopped finely
Garlic – 2 small pods, chopped finely
Mixed Italian herbs – 1 tsp
Cheddar Cheese – 100 gms grated
Salt to taste

Method:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Take a small baking dish and layer the bottom of the dish with the cheese.

Bottom Cheese layer

Add the chopped tomatoes, garlic over the cheese layer. Sprinkle some salt over it.

Add the chopped olives over this. Add some of the mixed herbs evenly on this. (You can add another layer of cheese if you love cheese ;)) Next add the diced mushrooms evenly over this.

Add the veggies

Sprinkle some salt over the mushrooms. Add some of the mixed herbs evenly over this. Add rest of the cheese evenly.

Top cheese layer

Place this dish in the centre of the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.

Garnishing:
Garnish with some more mixed Italian herbs if required.

Serving Suggestions:
Serve hot.
